About i7 Institute

The i7 Institute for Innovation and Competitiveness, created and supported by ESCP Europe and the Europe+ Foundation, aims at promoting a broad vision of innovation and stimulating the development of present practices and corporate interests related to innovation.

The i7 Institute is a European Academic Think Tank to enhance creation, dissemination and exchange of innovation knowledge regarding its diversity (technological and non technological innovation, usage, business model) and advantages (creativity, R&D, culture, diversity …). Its ambition is both international and cross-disciplinary. The focus of its activities is:

• Production of work on different subjects, to be defined with the founders of the Institute (for instance: open innovation; co-creation; design and creativity roles; new business models; patents and intellectual property stakes…)

• Lobbying for innovation public policy at a national and European level

• Organizing meetings and debates between the three actors (firms, academics and public policy makers) to become the centre of Innovation and Competitiveness thinking
